Do How does EFT Work on Stress ?
Stress is very personal, what stresses one person may not stress another, it can also build up over time, so that what started as a little thing can turn into a big issue unless it is dealt with.
Some people may get stressed at the thought of being late for work, which can then affect their performance for the whole day.
Somewhere along the line they learnt that it was important not be late to work, however they are getting overly stressed about it.
EFT can quickly and neatly deal with this, EFT (or tapping) makes you feel relaxed, once in that relaxed state we can change the way we feel about it and put it in perspective. An experienced practitioner can guide the tapping process to ensure that all aspects of the issue are covered, so that they no longer are overly stressed about it.
